What are press-on nails?
Press-on nails are full-cover nail tips that are applied to the natural nail with either glue or adhesive tabs in less than 10-15 minutes and can last up to 2-3 weeks depending on your application.
Why do I need to purchase a sizing kit?
Every set of Kingdoms Grace press-on nails are custom and hand-crafted to order.
That means there's no "one-size-fits-all"-- your finished nail set is built on the nail sizes you supply.

Disclaimer: All customers are responsible for accurate nail sizes, measuring from sidewall to sidewall with no gaps by the cuticle area.
What is the return/refund/exchange policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including incorrect nail sizes, design preferences, or shipping issues beyond our control.
If you receive a defective product due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review your case.
When will I get my order?
Process Times: Are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout via our Shopify platform and may vary by location.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please contact your shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
