Our press-on nails are custom-made, hand-crafted nail sets created to order. Each set is designed with care and attention to detail, offering a salon-quality finish from the comfort of home.

What all goes into your press-on nail set?

All sets are 100% made with gel products

Are your nails handmade?

Yes. Every set is individually hand-crafted. Because of this bespoke process, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

How do I ensure accurate nail sizing?

To ensure an accurate nail sizing, please purchase a nail sizing kit for best results. Please provide your correct nail sizes upon checkout of your desired tier nail design nail set.

Customers are responsible for providing correct nail sizes at checkout. We are not responsible for sizing errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary based on design complexity and current order volume.

When will my order ship?

Shipping timelines are provided at checkout via Shopify and vary by location. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages?

No. Kingdoms Grace Nails, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped. Delivery issues must be addressed with the shipping carrier.

What is included with my order?

All of the first-time customers receive our luxury application kit, which includes nail glue, adhesive tabs, cuticle pusher, mini buffer, mini file, cuticle oil, nail brush, instruction card.

Repeated customers have the option to purchase luxury application kit or receive a regular application kit that doesn't come with cuticle oil or nail brush.

Why are there etching on my nail set?

To ensure a perfect adhesion and helps your nails last longer.

How long do press-on nails last?

Wear time varies based on application, nail prep, and lifestyle.

With glue: 2-3 weeks

With adhesive tabs: 7-10 days

Are the nails reusable?

Yes. With proper removal and care, press-on nails may be reused. Reuse is not guaranteed and depends on individual handling.

Can I customize my design?

Yes. All sets are custom-made. Design details are based on the selections made at checkout. Design preferences are not eligible for refunds or changes after purchase.

Will my nails look exactly like the photos?

Product images are for reference only. Due to the handmade nature of our products and screen display differences, exact color or design matches are not guaranteed.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

No. Due to every nail set is customized for every customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

What if my order arrives defective?

If your order arrives defective due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Each case is reviewed individually.

How is my personal information handled?

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and operate our business. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
