All of our products are custom-made press-on nail sets designed and handcrafted to order. Because each set is custom, slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur compared to photos displayed on our website or social media.

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be perfectly accurate.

2. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom Orders: Processing time may vary based on design complexity and current order volume.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Please ensure that all order information, including nail sizes and shipping address, is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Policy

• Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout via our Shopify platform and may vary by location.

• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Kingdoms Grace Nails, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please contact your shipping carrier directly for delivery issues after shipment.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

Kingdoms Grace Nails, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud or pricing errors.
